 As a mail-order business, shipping is a necessary component.  Nevertheless, we do no attempt or desire to make a profit on shipping , and we actually absorb partial cost on many of the orders.  We, therefore, make every effort to keep these costs low.  This is simply our way of saying, "Thank you for your business!"

Our policy is to ship your order within 7 business days.  If unusual circumstances delay an order more than seven business days after the order is received, you will be notified of the delay.  Although this is a rare occurrence, we appreciate your understanding should this happen.

You have a choice of using UPS or USPS, if you are in the U.S.  If shipped by UPS, a tracking number and insurance will be included in the cost of shipping.  USPS will have a delivery confirmation included, but insurance and a tracking number will NOT be included.  IF YOU CHOOSE USPS, WE CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE ONCE THE PACKAGE IS ACCEPTED BY USPS.  UPS is usually less costly for most packages over a few pounds, while USPS is typically cheaper for packages weighing a few pounds or less.  When shipping overseas, USPS will almost always be less expensive.  We offer UPS ground shipping to Canada.  IF ORDERING FROM CANADA OR OVERSEAS, PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOU UNDERSTAND YOUR COUNTRIES DUTIES, TAXES, FEES, OR CUSTOMS REGULATIONS.  WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY OF THESE ASSESSMENTS BY YOUR COUNTRY OF RESIDENCE. 

 Note: Actual UPS or USPS charges are calculated by our shipping software when your order is placed.  There are times, such as with extra-large packages,  when UPS or USPS  charges more than our software determined.  If any additional costs are incurred when shipping your order, instead of adjusting your charges, we will pay the difference ourselves.  The total you receive when you checkout will be your final total.  Once again, this is simply our way of saying, "Thank you for your business!"
